Here’s What You Can Expect!
1.) FREE one on one consultation
2.) Inventory of all major items priced at $35 and higher to be sold
3.) Contract agreement detailing your sale
4.) Start up and sale dates
5.) Website photos and descriptions of your items to be sold
6.) Careful cleaning, sorting and setting up with proper displaying/staging of all items.
7.) Research and proper pricing on all items for sale.
8.) All advertisement of sale.
(Our website and many social media outlets such as: Facebook, Craigslist, Estatesale.com, Estatesales.net, google, google search, Yelp, etc.)
9.) Conduct the sale per contract with allowed days
10.) Liquidation of ENTIRE or PARTIAL contents of home, autos, collectibles, jewelry, boats per contract
11.) Removal of all unsold merchandise to donation or as contract states per customer's specifications
12.) Partial to "all" after sale cleaning of home as per contract.
Upon completion of sale you the client will receive:
1.) Itemized list of all major unsold items $35 or more for donation unless specified otherwise per contract
2.) Itemized list of all items sold at $35 or more
3.) Total daily sales summary along with your check
We settle as soon as possible, local customers within two(2) business days max, if mailed for our out-of-state customers please allow for up to seven(7) days.
