Dunedin, East Lake, Holiday, Hudson, New Port Richey, Odessa, Palm Harbor, Port Richey, Spring Hill, Tarpon Springs and Trinity.

Because of the huge volume of our customer attendance, we get many inquiries as to the sale of the home either before the listing is made or during a listing. Homes are generally bought quickly due to the out pouring of people seeing it during a sale, some merely coming in just to inquire about it. Helping cut down on Realtor involvement and therefore being a great benefit to all, specially our out-of-state seller/clients.

*FREE one on one consultation
*Inventory of all major items to be sold
*Contract agreement detailing your sale
*Start up and sale dates
*Website photos and descriptions of your items to be sold
*Careful cleaning,sorting and setting up with proper displaying/staging of all items
*Research and proper pricing on all items
*All advertisement of sale, Our website and many social media, ie: Estatesale.com, Estatesales.net, googlesearch, etc.
*Conduct the sale per contract with allowed days
*Liquidation of entire or partial contents of home, autos, collectibles, jewelry, boats etc.
*Removal of all unsold merchandise to donation or as contract states per customer's specifications
*Any to "all" after sale cleaning of home as per contract

For our BUYING customers, We Accept cash and all major debit and credit cards with a $15 min purchase. This is a must due to fewer and fewer people carrying cash.

Upon completion of sale you the client will receive:

*Itemized list of all unsold items for donation unless specified otherwise per contract
*Itemized list of all items sold at $35 or more
*Total daily sales summary along with your choice of check or automatic deposit from our bank to yours of your proceeds of the sale

**We settle as soon as possible, local customers within two(2) business days max, if mailed for our out-of-state customers please allow for up to seven(7) days.**
